Refund Policy
It is not our policy to accept returns, refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. As such, all sales are final.
We cannot make changes to your order once submitted, so please verify the items in your order before checking out.
On the rare occasion that you have received a faulty item, please contact us. Your faulty item will need to be returned to us in most cases. If your claim is accepted we will gladly replace it or refund you the purchase price, including the shipping.
If your parcel goes missing due to an error on our part, such as incorrect labelling, we will resend the order to you, subject to availability. If the item is not in stock, we will refund you the purchase price, including shipping.
If your parcel goes missing due to an error on your part, such as an incorrect address provided, no replacement or refund is provided. If your parcel is returned to us, we will refund you the purchase price, excluding shipping, or redeliver to you for an additional shipping fee.
